RETURN POLICY

  • Unpacked mattresses cannot be exchanged.
  • Products will be exchanged if returned within fourteen days from date of purchase on condition that items are accompanied with the original invoice, have not been used, are in original packing and in good condition.
  • Items purchased on sale will be exchanged if returned within 7 days from date of purchase provided the items are accompanied with the original invoice, have not been used, are in original packing and in good condition.
  • Products should be thoroughly checked at the time of purchase / delivery for their condition and quality. Claims of any nature will not be entertained later.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Refunds are not permitted.
  • Free delivery service and assembly of materials is available for invoices above BD 100/- subject to next available date with the exception of urgent deliveries and Durrat Al Bahrain customers. BD 25 charge will be applicable and must be paid prior to delivery.
  • Deliveries can be made only after the receipt of full payment.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Delivery of curtains, chandeliers and wallpapers does not include installation unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
  • Ceiling, floor and table lamps do not come with bulbs.
  • In case of redelivery, a minimum of BD 20/- charge will apply and must be settled prior to the delivery. Otherwise the item must be collected personally by the customer.
  • Authorizing a member of the household to overlook the delivery will be under the responsibility of the customer.
  • Products must be collected or delivered within 21 days from the invoice date. Storage charge of 5% of the invoice value per month applies thereafter.
