Q: Can I buy online from Mobilia Uno website?

A: Yes, you can buy most of our products through Mobilia uno website & will be delivered within Bahrain and other GCC countries.

 

Q: What is the minimum purchase value?

A: There is no minimum order value for online orders. The minimum only applies to delivery charges. Any order value above BD 100 is free except for Dura Al Bahrain

 

Q: How can I know if the product is available to purchase on Mobilia Uno website?

A: All products that contain "add to cart" button are available to buy online.

 

Q: Are your prices online the same as in store?

A: Prices in store and online are same. In some cases, online product prices can be different from in store due to exclusive offers.

 

Q: What are the requirements to buy from Mobilia Uno website?

A:

  1. Add a product to the shopping cart.
  2. Enter the Delivery Address or Collect from IKEA Bahrain store. Ensure, Delivery Address must be clear & correct.
  3. Make payment using Credit Card or Benefit Card or chose the option of Cash on Delivery

 

Q: Is it safe to buy online from Mobilia Uno Website?

A: Buying from Mobilia uno website is secure, and we are taking the utmost safety standards.

 

Q: Are all products available online?

A: Not all products are available to buy online. We are working on making the full range available online.

 

Q: Can I use Mobilia Uno "Gift Card" or “Return Voucher” when I buy from IKEA Bahrain website?

A: At the moment it is not possible to use Mobilia Uno Gift Card or Voucher when shopping from Mobilia uno website.

A: You can create a profile in Mobilia Uno website by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Login at the Top of the page.
  2. Click on “Create Account”.
  3. Fill in the required fields.
  4. Click on Save and continue.
  5. A confirmation of registration email will be sent.

Payment & Refund

Q:What are the payment methods available for buying Mobilia Uno website?

A: You can buy using the following payment methods:

  • Cash or BenefitPay on Delivery
  • Credit Cards (Visa or MasterCard).
  • Benefit Card.

 

Q: Is Cash on Delivery available for the orders place online?

A: Yes, Cash on Delivery is currently available for shopping at Mobilia Uno website.

Q: Can a different account be credited with a refund?

A: A refund has to be made to the original card/account used for payment. For payments done via Benefit Card, refunds will happen to the customer’s bank account.

Dispatch and Delivery

Q: How long does it take to deliver online orders?

A: The estimated delivery date will be provided during checkout. In general, we deliver within 2-3 working days from placing an order.
Due to the surge in orders during offer periods, orders delivery could take longer than the expected delivery date. We assure you that we always work hard to prepare, ship and deliver your orders at the soonest possible.

 

Q: Will I be able to order online and then pick up in the store?

A: During the checkout process you can select Pick up in store for the orders to be collected in store.

 

Q: How much does shipping & delivery cost?

A: The general terms for shipping & delivery cost depend on the order value for customers in Bahrain and total weight of the order for customers out of Bahrain as follows:

  • Orders below BD 100 is BD 5 except Durat AL Bahrain which is BD 25
  • Orders above BD 100 are free except Durat AL Bahrain which is BD 25
  • Orders out of Bahrain will be calculated by the Courier company at checkout.
  • For Pick up orders there is no charge. 

 

Q: Can I edit my shipping address after order confirmation?

A: Yes you can, at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time or before the order is dispatched to you. Contact Mobilia Uno Customer Services on 17822268 to know your order status and for assistance.

 

Q: Can I change my delivery date?

A: If you would like to change the delivery date of your order, please contact Mobilia Uno Customer Service at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or before the order is dispatched to you. Contact Mobilia Uno Customer Services on 17822268 or through the Chat option to know your order status and for assistance.
You can request to change the date of a scheduled delivery twice only. The new delivery date can be selected up to two (2) calendar days from the original date of delivery, or by the nearest delivery slot available. Your delivery cannot be expedited to any day prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Order Cancelation

Q: Can I cancel my online order?

A: Yes, you can cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time or before the order is dispatched to you. Contact Mobilia Uno Customer Services on 17822268 or through the Chat option to know your order status and for assistance.
Otherwise, you can still return your item(s) as per the return policy. You will be charged service fee for the order.

 

Q: Can I cancel part of my order?

A: Yes, you can cancel part of your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time or before the order is dispatched to you. Contact Mobilia Uno Customer Services on 17822268 or through the Chat option to know your order status and for assistance.
Otherwise, you can still return your item(s) as per the return policy. You will be charged service fee for the order.

 

Q: What if my order or part of order gets canceled?

A: We assure you that we always work hard to get you all the items you ordered but in some very rare cases, few orders get placed on out of stock items.

Mobilia Uno reserves the right to cancel some of (or all) the items in your order depending on item stock availability. The amount of any canceled item will be refunded to you using the same payment method at the time of purchase. For payments done via Benefit Card, refunds will happen to the customer’s bank account.

Exchange & Return

Q: Can I exchange or return what I purchased online?

A: Yes, items can be exchanged or returned according to Mobilia Uno Return policy.

 

Q: How do I exchange or return a product purchased online?

A: All online orders can be exchanged or returned by visiting the Mobilia Uno Showroom in Tubli.

 

Q: What is the duration of your Returns and Exchange for online orders?

A: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 7 days with your receipt according to Mobilia Uno Return policy.

 

Q: What to do in case I received a different order from the one I ordered?

A: First, we apologize for the inconvenience & do not worry, you can Contact Mobilia Uno Customer Services on 17822268 or through the Chat option. All online orders can be exchanged or returned by visiting the Mobilia Uno Showroom in Tubli.

 

Q: I’m missing part of a product I’ve just purchased.

A: Please take your receipt and copy of the assembly guide showing the piece that is missing to store and we will replace this for you. Alternately you can contact Mobilia Uno Customer Service on 17822268 for assistance.

 

Q: The product I’ve purchased has a faulty or damaged part.

A: You only need to take the faulty part to store with your receipt and we will exchange this for you. Alternatively, you may return the whole product for a replacement or full refund in accordance to Mobilia Uno Return policy.
