Materials 

- Body of the product is first class MDF.
- Top platform and the sides are local chestnut wood coated MDF.
- On all of the pieces of the product single-piece coating is done without cutting of the pattern.
- 18mm melamine-surfaced particle board is used for the backboard.
- For backboard attachments, instead of salt nails, screw bolts are used. This is to ensure the quality and form of the product is intact throughout assembling and disassembling process and to prevent the product from overhanging.
- There are 2 pieces cable instrument conduit and 5mm tempered glass shelf at the receiver compartment.
- Top platform is first class quality CNC processed 25mm MDF.
- The drawers are first class lake paint MDF.
- Surface of the drawers are all CNC processed.
- Unit gold details are titanium plated.
- The legs are electrostatic black oven-dyed paint.
- Gold details on the legs are made from stainless steel.
- The gold metals under the legs are demounted and can be adjusted to use on uneven surfaces.
- On every door of the tv unit, 3-piece HAFELE brand with moderator hinges are used. (This is to ensure the use of the product for years without overhanging).
- The bottom part of the product is designed with two 20x40 metal profile to prevent it from sagging.
- Legs are attached with bolt/steel pegs to prevent them from
coming off or breaking off.
- In the drawers, HETTICH brand of slow-motion rail system is used.
- HAFELE brand is used for the attachment materials of the product.
- Instead of slat nails, allen screw bolts and steel pegs are used for the assembly of the product. This is necessary for a durable product.
- The paint used on the product is high quality “unleaded” local brand product.
- The shelf is chestnut coated MDF.
- The “U” profile inside the shelves, it can stand unsupported. This is a hanging method preserving the aesthetic. For sheetrock walls, extra sheetrock pegs are added in the hardware kit.
